Mental Health Support
I provide compassionate, person-centred mental health support tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals. My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness and Sensory Modulation to support emotional regulation to enhance your everyday functioning. I work with people experiencing various challenges including stress, anxiety, depression, complex mental health difficulties and neurodiversity. Some examples of support could include exploring sleep hygiene strategies, skills to manage relationships or looking at your individual sensory preferences to support your routine. I support my clients to build the skills, confidence and routines needed to live more independently in everyday life. This may include assistance with self care, household tasks, community access and participation in meaningful activities. I provide practical support and can visit you at home or in the community to help you achieve your goals. This could look like developing your skills in meal planning and preparation, catching public transport, caring for your pets, gardening, cleaning, using the computer or socialising as examples.Vocational Services
I provide vocational services to help you work towards your goals. This could be focused around study, engaging in paid or unpaid work or finding alternative ways to feel productive. Support is tailored to your needs and may include; exploring your interests and strengths, practical support such as creating a cover letter and resume, interview skills and developing your time management skills. I can help you contact potential employers and advocate for your needs in the workplace.
